Spring Cocktail Recipe


A blend of a clean and fresh gin with a herbaceous homemade aquavit (thanks to a wonderfully simple recipe on Kokblog by Johanna Kindvall), along with a classic dry curaçao with some more herbs in the form of rhubarb bitters.

It came together a really nice balanced herby cocktail with a surprising slight sense of sweetness.


Glass: Cocktail, Nick & Nora, Coupe
Ice: Cubes for stirring
Garnish: Lemon Twist


Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Jensen London Dry Gin
- 1 oz. Homemade Aquavit
- 0.5 oz. Dry Curaçao
- 2 dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters

Directions
1) Add ingredients to a mixing glass.
2) Add ice and stir until chilled.
3) Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4) Garnish with a lemon twist.
