Both Chile and Peru claim the pisco sour as their national drink, but today it goes to Chile. It's made with 2 oz. pisco, 0.75 oz. fresh lime juice, 0.75 oz. simple syrup, 1 egg white, 5 drops Angostura Bitters.
Australia and football, it's got to be a nicely chilled can or bottle of VB. No question, Victoria Bitter all the way.
